Who we are
Swiss Neurosurgeons International (SNI) is a group of compassionate academic neurosurgeons in Switzerland with the ambition to share their knowledge and develop a state-of-the-art neurosurgical care in emerging countries.
What we do
Our aim is to achieve sustainable improvements in local care through continuous assistance and education of local medical personnel. We provide surgical training in Switzerland, giving local doctors the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills for neurosurgical procedures. Every year a team of SNI neurosurgeons travels to Myanmar for teaching, on-site surgical education and to assist local neurosurgeons in critical surgical cases.
